Return and Refund Policy:
You may request a refund or replacement of your product if it is defective or does not correspond to the order placed, subject to the conditions set out in Article 10 of the General Conditions of Sale .
Important information:
We inform you that you have 7 days from receipt of the item to make your complaint to us.

In the case of an exchange , it will be processed as quickly as possible depending on product availability within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of your items. In the event of unavailability of the item, we will contact you by email to inform you.
- In the event of a refund request , this will be made within 14 days of receipt of the item and automatically to the account associated with the Bank Card used during payment, or to the Paypal account used for payment.
How should I go about it?
It's very simple. The request for a refund or replacement of the item must be made in the following manner:

Our after-sales service will then respond to you within 24 hours.
There are 2 possibilities:
If the subject of your complaint is:
- “My product does not match my order”
- or “My product is defective”
After receiving the item in our warehouse, we will refund or replace (according to your request) your product.
If the subject of your complaint is:
- “My product is broken / in poor condition” (In this case, our after-sales service will certainly ask you for a photo illustrating the problem.
